Shipping Policy

Sankofa’s Gift ships all domestic (US) orders within five to seven business days. Upon shipping, you will receive an email notification with a package tracking number for First-Class USPS.

Return and Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all customers have 10-days to connect to with us via email at sankofasgift@gmail.com to exchange any regularly priced item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanged items.

All sale items are final sale. 

Shipping Fee on Exchanged Items

If an item is damaged in transit to you, or the wrong item is sent to you in error, please email us at sankofasgift@gmail.com and we will promptly ship you a replacement at no additional cost. No need to return the damaged item.

International Orders

Sankofa’s Gift ships globally. There is a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. Please allow 5 to 20 business days for your product to be delivered to depending on the country.
